[Cape Town] Pathfinder Society Game Day – 21 July 2012
There’s another Pathfinder Society game day in Cape Town on 21 July 2012:
Date and time: 21 July 2012 – 10:00 until 14:00
Venue: Fanaticus Hobbies and Games
Cost: FREE
What to bring: stationery, dice (if you have), imagination
Scenarios:
Intro 2: First Steps—Part II: To Delve the Dungeon Deep (PFRPG)
The First Steps scenarios aim to introduce new and veteran roleplayers to the Pathfinder Society Organised Play campaign. The organisers shall provide pre-generated characters for players, but feel free to bring your own PFS-legal level 1 characters along. For the full rules for PFS organised play, look here, and for the Pathfinder PRD (everything you need to build your own level 1 character, for free), look here.
If you’re interested in attending, let the organisers know through the Facebook event page.

I look forward to events like this in Jhb. Was so sad I couldn’t make it to the events at Icon due to illness
I’ve been in discussion with Outer Limits (Pretoria and Melville) about starting a regular PFS game there. Melville just needs a GM to get started. If you’re willing to volunteer as a GM, I’m sure we can get something going in Melville.
PFS at Melville would be awesome. Unfortunately, I’m nowhere near qualified to be a GM! I need LOTS of practice as a player first.

Hey, it’s Triangularroom! My Twitter friend.
I’ve been wondering about the state of organized play for Pathfinder in South Africa. Do you guys have many players in Cape Town?
I’m actually preparing a report for the campaign co-ordinator this week. Once I get that done, I’ll share a bit more information about PFS in Cape Town.
